Turks & Caicos - large villa for about 30 people?

Hi

 

Has anyone come across any villas that can sleep about 30 people and is located near another hotel?

 So many beautiful villas but they seem have just 5-7 bedrooms.  Are villa owners easy about allowing more people to stay if we pay for extra people? 

 

Ideally, we would like to have the wedding ceremony at the villa also.
