I'm the maid of honour for my sisters wedding at The Majestic Colonial Punta Cana August 2013.  I am looking for a male who speaks English and has some experience "officiating" weddings. It doesn’t have to be official but believable. Anyone have any tips on where I am able to locate someone? The resort only offeres someone who only speaks Spanish.
