Dreams PV April 2013 Wedding - reception dilema ballroom or beach?

I would like to hear from brides who have had their wedding reception at the beach at Dreams PV - my fiancee insists on an indoor wedding reception (i.e. ballroom).   I want to have it at the beach.  If you had your reception at the beach - what are the cons?  If you had it in one of the ballrooms - what are the cons besides it being indoors?  What are the pros?  I have not seen too many personal  photos of ballroom receptions at Dreams PV so I am concerned with how it looks.
