I'm so glad to have found this thread! We have a wedding ceremony planned for Feb 16th 2013. I am extremely excited/anxious about it! I've been reading through the threads and happy to have gotten some questions answered already. I'm noticing that it takes some time to get a response from the wedding coordinator (we are using Claudia) and I'm trying not to be so stressed about it. I do have some questions that I hope someone can give me some insight into:

 

We are still debating whether we want to so with the large wedding package (platinum I think is the name) or if we want to try and mix and match. Did anyone go either route? If so, could you please give me your thoughts on your experience.

 

I'm worried about the photography. The planner said she would send me links to the photography options, and hair and makeup options so that I could see samples, but I've yet to get them.

 

We also want to have a DJ, but I'm not sure what my options are for this. I'm hoping to have an active, outgoing DJ that can entertain at the reception (I'm sure we've all been to a reception with a fantastic DJ and it's easy to see how it can make a huge difference).

 

We are doing the Gazebo and the ballroom for the reception....though I read a post about how fun the beach was that made me second guess my choice. :) I'd hate for wind to ruin the evening.
