No not when I got them!! Wow they were only 4$ 6 months ago! But they do have other ones on that site, not waterproof though, for less than 2$!

Hey have you checked out 8seasons.com I saw waterproof id holders i think you get 10 for around 1.25 something... cheap lanyards as well. only pronblem is there is a minimum $30 order but they have lots of other stuff as well.
