that's what I did....since we both have divorced parents

 

actually I think I let them have their own lines, but I had enough room to do that, I would seperate them just like you did

I had space issues since both our parents are divorced so I did almost the exact same thing:

 

Ms. Vicki ***** and Mr. and Mrs. Richard ****

and

Mrs. Rosemary **** and Mr. Vincent *****

 

was how we did it. I did search high and low for examples of this, but found nothing that covered it, so we did our best.
