We just used cardstock from Michaels. Good price. 

They turned out just fine, and we didn't score or anything. Just be accurate... you can only fold once! Then just make sure it is a sharp fold.

We used 80lb card stock from michaels! I definitely recommend the bone knife though it made them so much easier to glue. Venus0909 started a thread called Sharing my DIY Boarding pass save the dates. She has detailed instructions on making the pockets. I would have been lost without her instructions!
