This dress was bought off the rack and still has the tags on. It has never been worn. I purchased it but ended up going with a different dress. I love the simplicity, but that it still has details to make it unique! The beading is really pretty and it is so great that you don't have to buy an extra sash/belt for it. It feels wonderful and the pleating at the bust will flatter every body type. It has never been altered or cleaned. My measurements and height is just a guideline- I would have had to take the dress in and hem it, so this dress can work and be altered to fit many different sizes.   I estimate shipping to be around $20. If it is less, I'll let you know and if it is more, I'll pay the difference!
