Recommended Posts

I thought it might be nice to have a thread specifically for Attachments, so if you have any documents (welcome letters, itineraries, info for guests, maps)you want to share, please post them here. Hopefully this will help those looking for this info!

I dont remember who posted this on guests arrival to the airport, but its awesome. Heres A helpful attachment you can send out to your guests so they know what to expect when ariving to PV.

This is a great idea....unfortunately, I made all my stuff in Adobe InDesign, a program that I use for work, and most of you probably don't have that on your PCs. I'll attach a pdf of our welcome letter (its not letting me attach more right now) and if any of the info is helpful and you have InDesign, I'd be happy to share the original file.

This is wonderful! So much informative information.

I have Quark do you think I can open InDesign with that?

I think you can do that--although I haven't tried. I believe you can open Quark files through InDesign, so I'm hoping there is reverse utility.... send me an email at heathers at gmail and I'll send you the file to test.

I'll post our itinerary now if the system will allow me this time....

Hmm, can't figure out if that was me or the board. Let me try again....

Also, wanted to share that Jace, my fiance, was responsible for the jokes and crossword puzzle sections : )

He did a great job!!

Here should be a pdf of our itinerary..... which again, unfortunately, is in InDesign

Alright, sorry, I just tried again, and it won't let me upload it. If anyone wants it, just email or PM me.

  • 3 months later...

We didn't want to have table numbers because it sort of sounds like a hierarchy... we didn't want people at table 14 to feel like they were less important than those at table 2!

SO... I created these table names instead. They are named after drinks. We will be at the champagne table, and everyone else will sit at one of these:

- Sangria

- Margarita

- Cafe de Olla

- Agua de Jamaica

- Paloma

- Vampiro

- Tepache

- Horchata

- Michelada

- Chocolate Caliente

- Limonada

I'm attaching the actual table cards I made. At the top I put the flip flop design that has been at the top of our save-the-dates, invitations, placecards, and stationery. Then at the bottom there is the table (drink) name and a picture.

I took these to be professionally color-printed, and then I had them cut in half vertically and folded in half horizontally. Then they were laminated and ready to go.

Enjoy!

:) Sarah
