I am getting married May 4th, 2013 and RPRM!!! Very excited due to all of the reviews and beautiful photos!! Obviously at the very beginning of planning at this point. We have decided on a very basic package because we are very low key people, however we have several family and friends who are coming!!

 

I have been e mailing some questions to the WC and she is probably already annoyed with me lol! Anyways, we were told to add $20 pp after 10 people for cake/wine. I am wondering if we should really do this or not. At most weddings it seems like most people are not that interested in the cake and I was wondering how far the cake will go. Any suggestions??

 

Also, I was really wanting to do a cocktail hour with the mariachi band and also have them during the wedding. Does anyone know how much the fee per hour is fo the band??

 

I'm sure I will have many more questions to come!!! Thanks for any help!
