Recommended Posts

I was just in PC for my wedding last week, we arrived on Sunday and it didnt rain until Late Thursday, but it was cloudy with off and on rain until we left on Sunday

Trust me any rain will not ruin your trip or wedding!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We still did what we wanted to do and everyone had a blast!!!!

Ms. Bubbles I think we're good girlie! Another bride who just returned just emailed me, here is what she had to say:

Congrats to you! We got there Monday and the weather was beyond gorgeous until Thursday. Thursday it was overcast but still hot so everyone was out by the pools and beach then rained in the evening. Friday it rained most of the day but cleared up a bit mid day. Saturday was overcast. Sunday was gorgeous. Our wedding ended up getting rained out (of course the day it poured all day was our wedding day) and I was super bummed when the planner told me it wasn't going to clear up and we had to move inside. However once I walked in and everything was set up it was beyond expectation. In fact, in hindsight, as much as the idea of having an outdoor pool side reception was awesome, I would have planned to have the reception indoors but kept the ceremony outside if possible. The ballroom made for a more intimate reception, and since we were in a confined space everyone was on the dance floor getting down versus spread out. Also, the few receptions I saw outside were lovely but since the pools stay open there were plenty of people still out there in fact one wedding was right by the pool where a bunch of loud drunk guys were playing polo. Reflecting on it all I'm glad we didn't have polo balls bouncing into our reception. Despite the few rain showers everyone had a blast the entire week. The showers were typically short and provided a nice break from the humidity.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
