My Groupon vistaprint experience has been HORRIBLE! So I bought 2 groupons. I used the first one back in September with no issues. Since they expire in Nov 30, 2012, I decided to use the second groupon in early November. I spent hours making different products on vistaprint and when it comes time to order my cart, the groupon redemption code doesn't work. I tried it 3 times before I decided to call Vistaprint. After 30 mins with them, they finally told me that the groupon redemption code has been used by another user with a different email address. They told me to call Groupon to rectify the mix-up. I called Groupon and explained the situation. They said my case will be looked at by management and I should hear back in 3 - 5 business days. 5 business days later, no response. So I called Groupon again, explained the situation again, and again they said they will tag my case as urgent and management should get back to me soon. 3 business days later and this time with a shorter fuse, I called Groupon again. They said the manager was/is sick and that is why they haven't gotten back to me and also they said it will be hard to re-issue another redemption code after that particular Groupon has expired. Why didn't they say that in the first place??!! I ended up taking a refund because I was so frustrated that I do not want to deal with them again.
