Newbie :) Wondering how possible it is to do an affordable Cancun wedding for around 50 people? All suggestions welcome :)

Newly engaged We are currently trying to decide on a wedding here in Ann Arbor vs. Cancun. I think we would have about 50 people that would travel to Cancun or 100/150 if we did it here in Michigan. Looking for a nice resort that is all inclusive. Want to do the ceremony on site and would love a private/semi private reception. Could be cocktail or full dinner. Just wondering what places have the best deals, but are still aesthetically pleasing. lol. Also what time of year is the most affordable to travel/have a wedding there. Thanks for any and all suggestions!!
