Punta Cana Photogrpahers... Who to choose?..

Good Morning Everyone,

 

Now that my Fiance and I have decided on the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana on May 29th, 2013. We are wondering what photographer to use.

 

My FI wasn't too impressed with the photos he saw from the resort photog..  And we have heard and seen great things by Phil Steingard, I guess we will have to check to see if here will be there the day of our wedding, and find his prices.. (if anyone has his prices, would love to see, also would love to see more sample pics) You can post them here or email them to me at [email protected]

 

To all the past and future PC brides... Who did you or do you plan to use?..  Thanks!!

Also, we just found Caribbean Emotions, their photos look amazing and some are funny, which I like. Does anyone have experience with them? Or plan to use them?

Who to choose is always tricky... but this forum has great photographers to choose from, both on location and photographers that you can fly in.

I would recommend finding some photographers that you love and just emailing them asking for a quote.  Hopefully you'll find someone that you both love for a price that you think is good.

Thanks Cinnagirl for the email!... She has some great pictures but they are rather pricey.. :-/

 

I have sent emails to the Steingard's but neither of them have responded yet. But Jamie Dimitry responded to me and his prices are 2600 but does not include video.

 

I have emailed Caribbean Emotions, they were very prompt and their prices are amazing.. But then I viewed their videos and they weren't impressive to us.. And it really bummed me out..

 

I love Del Sol but their prices start out at 3500..

 

So, we then stumbled upon CoresFilms recommended by Majestic Elegance... And I Love CoresFilms video's!!.. I just emailed Diego asking them if they offer photog/videog services and they do but they don't do photos at Majestic Elegance... ( And I don't know why... It makes no sense..

 

Is anyone else having troubles deciding on a photog/videog for Punta Cana/Majestic Elegance?
