You could always do a vow renewal on 08-08-08 in Vegas....

We have been tossing around the idea of taking a trip in a few weeks to scout out locations. But I'm afraid that once I get to Vegas I will want to just go ahead and get married then and there!! (Family wouldn't really like that, huh!)
