I am newly engaged and just confirmed our wedding date for May 17  at the Iberostar Grand and would like to hear from anyone planning their wedding or have been to resort.  I am open for any advice to help me get started. I'm lso interested in seeing actual pics as well.

Hi. I'm looking at this hotel for my wedding and it's my top pick but... Will they give me a list of available dates before I confirm with them? My fiance is in grad school so we have to work around his semester breaks. I don't want to commit to a place and not be able to get a date that will work for with his school schedule.
