I love the charm idea - I might have to steal it. I've been trying to think of a personal way to remember my dad on my wedding day. I like how the charm is subtle, but with you, just like you said, as you walked down the aisle.

I was going to make it myself, and put a photo in a charm. But the charm from planetjill is really nice quality. And I think it looks better than doing it yourself. You basically send in a photo, and they shrink it to size. It is definitely something I will keep forever.
