Let's See Invitations!

The template is from Aylee Bits. For the band around the envelope I just put my monogram in the middle of five strips that I fit on a 8.5x11" piece of paper, cut the strips out and glued them around each envelope. I was going to mount the white bands on another colour paper but after all the rest of the construction, I got lazy and decided the plain white was nice enough.

Had an artist on etsy design my invitations. She was great. I wanted a topper at first and then suggested to her the invitations. It means a lot to us as a couple. As a Peace Corps Volunteer I learned to ride my bike with my fiance and fell a lot of times. The Bible verse is Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 ⁹ Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: ¹⁰ If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."

 

It has double meaning because of how many times I fell trying to learn how to ride my bike with my finace and alone, but I did it finally. Love my invitations.
