Just engaged! Thinking Sandals Antigua - Thoughts and help please :)

Hi everyone.  My gorgeous fiance and I are looking at a summer wedding (2013) at the Sandals Antigua and I was hoping to get feedback and comments from all of you.

 

First off, is it reasonable to expect to be able to host a wedding for under $10,000 (NOT including room and travel)?  We will want some addons like photos and video, but not all the fancy ones I'm sure they offer.

 

Second, how does the process of making a deposit work?  Is it a large amount and when would my guests be required to put down a deposit?

 

Lastly, I want the day to be special and for her to feel like the most important person that day.  I know they do several weddings each day, so I'm worried that it may feel rushed or less personal.  Is there anything to be concerned about in this regard?
