St. Lucia humidity is comparable to....?

Hello,

My fiance and I are planning on getting married on May 17, 2013 in St. Lucia. We are from Ohio, so humidity isn't anything new for us. The average humidity here is usually somewhere between 70-80%... That's similar to what I'm seeing on the island.

 

Has anyone been to St. Lucia around that time of year and can speak to how humid it is? I'm wondering if it's really comparable to Ohio, or maybe more like Florida... I just hope it's not really bad!

Hi All I am looking into St. Lucia as well. hope we get an answer to this one. I would actually switch locations for horrible humidity.
