Shipping Wedding Supplies to the Now Jade

I am arriving at the Now Jade on Mon May 14th and having my wedding there Friday May 18th. I'd like to have alot of things shipped there soon. (Favors, centerpieces, fabric, decor, etc) I have tried emailing the resort and wedding coordinator for the past few weeks but haven't heard back with an address or contact name to ship it to. All I know is it has to ship via FedEx. Does anyone know where I ship it to exactly? Is it the hotel and just to the wedding dept or is it to the Local FedEx Distribution center? Also has anyone shipped there in the past? How did it go?

I don't know the answer to your question. In the event that Ana was your wedding coordinator, I wanted to inform you that she no longer works for the resort which might be why you're not receiving a response.

thanks, she was my coordinator and I just recently found out she no longer works there so i've been emailing Pilar again. Don't know any other emails there.. if you know any emails other than Pilar's that'd be great
