Sandals Antigua Wedding - looking for reviews

Hi everyone. Looking for some reviews from couples who got married in Sandals Antigua.  My fiance and I are scheduled for November 8, 2012 and I am so excited.  The whole idea of just us two away at a beautiful location and very intimate is so thrilling.  I am looking for any info abut wedding videos, hair salon, and ceremony as a whole would be great from anyone who's had experience. I saw some videos on you tube and it seemed the marriage officiant talked too long and wanted to know whether we would be ok to exchange our own vows before the "I do" portion.  I also was looking for info on how the videos and pictures were shot, unfortunately we dont like the idea of spending that kind of money but with just us two, we want to see the video and pictures.  Are we allowed to just buy the pictures on Cd's? if so, how much?  How would you rate the hair stylist? and how is the music selection factored into the wedding walk, first dance and reception? I read elsewhere that we could choose up to 3 songs but not sure where they would factor in?  I know that sandals puts in a lot of effort to making this your special day, i can work with the time alotted, i just want to make it as personal as possible.
