We plan on seating our photographer with our guests of honor, near our sweetheart table. And they will enjoy the same 3-course dinner as everyone else. They work soooo hard... I used to assist a wedding coordinator, and one wedding I helped at the bride even had bottled H20 and snacks for her photographer BEFORE the ceremony!! Now THAT'S thinking ahead and being super nice. I like it! :)

 

As for our DJ, my wedding coord said they receive a meal as well but will eat apart from the group (since they'll be managing the music, etc.). However nothing but the best for the photog! cheesy.gif
