Thank you for the review, I found it very helpful. I am wondering if anyone else has had these problems with Maye? I have experienced her lack of attention to detail on the spreadsheets, and it is driving me crazy! I need to know that everything is worked out, and seeing that is not very reassuring. Thank you for your take on the whole experience with a coordinator, now I know that I need to be on top of things.

I hired Maye for our wedding and over all I would say she did a good job. A few things she let fall through the cracks and I got screwed over on.. IE she didn't confirm our duo until the night before our wedding and then they came back with wanting more then double the price so I ended up with a panio player... HORRIBLE for a beach wedding BTW, you can't hear it AND not at all Mexico IMO...

 

She also didn't show up when she said she would on the day of our wedding, she was picking up our flowers and I was actually walking out the door when she arrived. I was pissed that I wouldnt' have my flowers but it did work out I suppose I had someone there I trusted that went over some last minute stuff with her. (I was meeting DH for before wedding pictures so I didn't have time to talk to her since she was late)

 

But over all, she did a good job, not great but good..
