June Flower availability on the Mayan Riviera

Recommended Posts

I don't know if this answers your question or not, but your florist can get you any type of flower available in the US... but it will cost you. I want cymbidium orchids for my bouquet and my wedding coordinator said the florist will have to order them from another country. I am waiting for a "flower list" from my florist - when I get it I will post :)

I'd be interested to see this when you get it! I'm not really interested in importing any particular flowers from the US, but using whatever's local and in bloom during the time we're there. Which, in fact, will be June!

(It may be sacrilegious to say so, but unless we can find options for flowers grown right there in the Yucatan, I'm actually considering not using any flowers at al!!)

Hi!!

Yes you can basically ask your florist the type of flower you would like to have and she will get it for you. Just please do not forget to ask the price, otherwise you will get a surprise!!

I do not suggest the tulips because (it will work maybe for your bouquets) but not for centerpieces because with the heat they fast died!

Best Regards,
