Completed Passport Invites....FINALLY :)

My daughter is having a destination wedding May 2013 in Jamaica. I love the Passport Invitations! Could you please explain to me what you used for the outside cover of the passport? Did you use regular paper or is the pages card-stock? How long did it take to make? If you could email me your templates and or any websites that you think would be helpful.
