Coconoir's Planning Thread Pgs 1-8, Final Review & Templates Pgs. 18-19

Thanks so much.

I'm not sure what labels you are referring to exactly.  I had labels on the blue bags, which housed our oh Sh*t kits and Naughty night kits.  Both of those templates I believed I shared on my forum however; without the graphics behind it.

Hopefully this helped.

Tyrebride,

I'm sorry, I totally thought it was the 15th, but they sent an email the other day saying It will end on the 21st and what steps to take if I want to extend :-)

I'll take a look to see if I have the info that I used for the initial site and if so will upload it for you.

Well the first site that I did of course was built around giving as much concise (super CRYSTAL clear :-) information as possible.  It was much easier to say "go to our website and you will find the information on a particular tab" than to suffer through the countless what do I need to do, and my hubby telling everyone to contact me thatswck.gif

Our boarding pass save the date pointed them directly to the website which was built and waiting for the first person to click on.  I suffered, pressed and pushed to get this done as I did not want a person to have to come back due to information not being on the website.  After that EVERY piece of information that I mailed, had our website and password on it.  If there was something new (which was really the deadline approaching) there would be a tab called "what's new" that would pop up as son as they signed on to the website.

I' didn't copy or request a cd of my previous website. But here is the info that I had for the travel portions of the page.  I had several hyperlinks which directed all to say "passport info".

I had the Airport Spanish document made up to fit with the scheme of their pre-travel packets (Arriving in Mexico), and the OOT bags for (Traveling home).

On my events page, I had pictures of the places that our events would be.  So that each guess would know what our gazebo, terrace etc. would look like. This made it easier for many to know (besides other guest they knew) that they were in the right location.

I hope this this helps.
