Dreams Cancun or NOW Jade

I am in the final process of selecting a wedding location! However, I can't decide between Dreams Cancun and Now Jade. I love the Gazebo and Dolphin Swimming at Dreams, but modern look of Jade. My concern is accessibility to nightlife to Cancun(Coco Bongo, etc) and a nice hotel for my guest to enjoy since they are paying to come to the wedding. I heard Dreams Cancun was undergoing a renovation( this would be PERFECT), but the hotel has not mentioned this to me. Can anyone PLEASE assist or provide feedback???
