Hi ladies...

 

My FI and I are debating on what we would like to have for reception dinner....  Some of the choices we have no idea what they are lol 

 

What salad, appy, main course and dessert did you guys choose??

We are choosing the following:

1. Caprese Salad

2. Lobster Bisque

3. Steak & Shrimp

4. Chocolate Souffle w/ Baileys sauce

'm really slacking on this thread the past few days! Has anyone started their playlist? I have a lot of music picked out for then processional/ceremony but how long should I make it? I figure the ceremoby is at 4, guests will sit at 330, so atleast a half an hour and then the ceremony

 no im sorry but i dont.. I went to now jade last may for a site visit/vacation and met with Pilar . She showed them to me at that time. Im sure if you email them and ask they can send you a pic.. very cute!

For the ceremony we are using our Ipod and have only 2 songs playing prior to the song that the bridal party wants down to.  Does anyone know how soon the guests start to be seated? Our ceremony is at 4 PM. Do I need to add more songs to that list? Does one of the wedding coordinators play the ipod or do I need to have a guest switch the songs?

Yay! For the seating time I just asked the WC if she could pick guests up in the main lobby around 3:45pm and then walk them over to the Pergola to be seated for the 4pm ceremony.  I have 3 pre-ceremony songs while people get seated.  I'm using the WeddingDJ App on my iphone.  It's pretty neat because it can fade songs out so there isn't a hard stop in the middle of a song if you don't want the whole thing played (like for the processional, some of those songs get long).  I'm assuming there will be someone (like the wedding coordinator) there to change the songs for us, at least I hope so!!
