All we did was rent their sound/light equipment in the bamboo room. My FI just set up his laptop/ipod next to it and had his own playlist that we both worked on very hard! This would be much cheaper. Also, the sound equipment includes a wireless microphone and Dave's best man just announced the first dance and the boquet toss and stuff so we really didn't need one!

Something to keep in mind~ The Now Jade can paint white lowers ANY color! I thought it was a joke at first but it really looks good and they do it for free! Here are a couple examples form our wedding (the options are limitless): These flowers were called "pom poms"

Hi Jenvinet, that would be amazing.  We are looking for the wedding planning form and I guess there is a DJ form as well? If you could send us all the forms you were given that would be very much appreciated! I will give you two email addresses if thats ok. Those flowers are pretty! They are called Pom Poms? I've never heard of them. They almost look like daisys! Were these included in your package? I only need a bouquet for myself and my MOH and I'm hoping to keep the price reasonable and just chose whatever is included in the package for myself and just get a smaller version for my sister.

Wherever you are able to cut costs is important, but our brides are always So Glad! they didn't scrimp on the cost of getting a professional photographer and spent the money for one to capture their day of lifelong memories for them.......so would suggest that's one place not to cut back on. ........

Pilar handled everything with the DJ for me. She emailed the DJ and then he emailed me with a form to fill out.

I didn't bring the menus, the wedding coordinators printed them for me and didn't even tell me they were doing them. I'm not sure if this is something they do all of the time though. If you want them, either ask them to print them or bring them yourself.

I had Pilar and Deisy was the assistant. Both were awesome...Deisy was the one in charge of everything the day of and she was so helpful and super nice. Trust me...everything will be fine once you are the resort. You will have your meeting and go over everything for your wedding and you will be set!
