We just got our video yesterday from adventure photos and I have to say it was quite good!! I can't believe it only took just under 3 weeks!

We got our quote/invoice from the resort last night. A bunch of info was incorrect, wrong ceremony times, and two of the locations were incorrect, said we wanted the violinist when we requested the guitarist). Definitely worth a thorough read-over! Ariadana was very quick to correct it for us though and we received an updated invoice from her today.

 

For those of you who might be interested, included on it is:

 

Chair set up - $44.40

Extra dinners - $934.92 (we have 39 adults, so that's the dinner fee for 14 extra adults)

Champagne toast - $70.56 (for 14 extra adults)

Kids menu - $100.80 (4 kids)

Sound system for dinner (microphone and 1 speaker) - $166.50

Additional hour of reception - $737.10 (again, charged for 39 adults)

 

Wedding package 2999.00, less $500 deposit already paid, and viola, our total due when we arrive is $4553.28. That adds up FAST.

 

We requested no extra cake and no extra hors d'oeuvres.

Prices include tax, and service fees for everything except the chair fee and the wedding package. I'm assuming this means for anywhere service is charged, no tip is needed.

Overall, I thought they did a nice job and worked well with our outside photographer.

Wow!! That does add up fast. I'm so glad we're staying under 25 people. Are you taking your own decorations and things?

Thank you for sharing! It's nice to see somewhat of an official balance. I calculate figures all the time and often wonder if we will really come in under budget once we see our final invoice. BTW, you give me hope for staying around $5k at the resort. We are expecting 30-35 ppl.

Wowza! We already have 40 booked and are expecting another 40 for a total of 80 for our wedding in October 2014!!!
