Yes, when I sent the invites they had a choice between beef and chicken, then I chose 1 salad and 1 cream option.

I was told a few months back that silk flower petals were okay. And now this new planner emailed me earlier this week saying they are not (after I went out and bought some, of course). I'm super frustrated with all of the inconsistencies.

 

Can anyone please help clarify this for us??

Has anyone had to contact the resort via email for an existing wedding booking recently.  I took the advice of a previous poster and sent my additional questions and requests to all 4 emails listed previously.  I instantly got an auto reply stating that the wedding planners were out of their office around the resort helping other wedding groups.  It states that all questions relating to quotes will be answered with 72 hours and all other inquires will be answered within the same business day.  I'm still waiting for a reply since I just sent my message, but have other recently had quick reply's?  Previous emails to the resort sometimes took a week or so to get back.

It was only the second email I've sent to them, but it took about 2-3 weeks for my last email to be answered. I just got a response last week.

I went through the same thing with emails except I did not get a response email advising a reply in 72 hours.

Im flying out on tuesday and will be getting married on the 7th and responses have been very few and far between but i have just been told that Pilar is pregnant and there is another lady dealing with weddings along with Deisy so I think they are a little behind with emails. Plus our new planner is on leave till tuesday. She is very good and seems on the ball so Im not terribly worried about it but they have been trying to cover Pilar so this is why emails have been very slow.

From what i have heard this is perfectly normal.

My new planner is isela and she is very on the ball we dont get married until 1st november and until 2 weeks ago id had no contact with Pilar. Isela contacted me to introduced herself and since then has responded to all my emails and give me lots of advice about our day. She is out on business until 2nd october but trust me she seems to know exactly what she is doing. I am so relieved and at ease since iv had communication with her xxxx
