Oh that would be awesome if she allows us to swap it out for 2 hours worth of DJ. So did you only have to pay for an hour for the DJ?

That would be awesome if she allows you to swap out the 45 minutes of live music for a DJ.  How did/ do you guys plan on playing music for the wedding. Did you just rent speakers and have them set up by the Pergola? How many songs did you guys have play during the ceremony. I am just thinking only having 2 songs because it may be awkward just standing there while music is playing.

Also does anyone know if there is a link to see Adventures video from past weddings. I have yet to see what they can do for video. I am on a tight budget and do not want to go with an outside vendor but I want to determine if I should get more hours of video. I saw their website for photos which seems pretty good. Obviously Del Sol is going to be amazing but I cannot afford them.

OK! my last question I promise. Does anyone know if they plan on having a camera film the wedding so people back home can watch it live? I know on the site it says they have plans for it in the future I was just wondering if they were going to do that

I wish I could book Del Sol bu they are out of my price range!!  Thanks to all the feedback in the photography forum, I've reached out to some other more reasonably priced, but still great photographers.  In the meantime, I'm still considering the one in the divine package.  When I asked Deisy which adventure photos she meant for the video/photographer, she said "Photoadventure is our main provider at the resort."  But i found 2 vendors with very similar names - do you guys know which of these is the actual vendor's site?  http://www.adventureweddingsphoto.com/  or http://www.adventurephotosmx.com/??

Check out Sascha Gluck.  He was actually less expensive in total when you factor in the extra hours you'll have to pay for with AdventurePhotos and the cost of getting your photos on DVD (keep in mind the package only gives you a certain # of photos in an album. No actual photos or dvd with pics).  Sascha's price includes ALL pics which he send to you on a zip drive.  You canc check out my Now Jade review as well as my review for Sascha Gluck to see photos.

 

PS. We did use our photos that came in the Eternity Package with AdventurePhotos.  We just used them for a TTD session instead.

Check out Now Jade on Facebook, quite often brides post the link to their videos and/or photos there.  Also there might be some in the older conversations on this thread...maybe from this past Spring?

I made a CD and brought the music that I wanted for the ceremony. They have someone that handles the music for the ceremony and they set the speakers and everything up. This is included in the package. I didn't have a wedding party so I had one song played while everyone was seated and while my nephews walked down the aisle, a song while I walked down the aisle and a song for us to walk back up the aisle to. They will fade the song out once you are done walking down the aisle.

I didn't have to pay anything for the DJ. When I asked about having a DJ instead of using the music included in the package she just said that is fine and that I can have a DJ for 2 hours.
