Just got back from AC Moore and they had a few hibiscus (and many flower) charms in the jewelry making aisle. Have you looked there? I didn't see any with the hole in the center though...

I did email them, but I wasn't sure if they would want to give me that information since I am not using them. I also told them I would be willing to purchase the charms from them. So we'll see! I will let you all know how they respond and if I ever find something similar. I am going to check the local craft stores sometime this weekend or coming week.
