Anyone PLEASE Help with your suggestions for my wedding planning!!

Hi! I'm super new at this and have been stressing planning a destination wedding from Rialto, California. I have my ceremony set at Waimanalo Beach. I need help with a dinner reception. I have about 25-30 people probably coming. I would like an intimate oceanfront lawn setting with lanterns. I have been getting quotes everywhere but their site fee is super high beyond our budget as we are paying for our own wedding. I also need great and affordable all inclusive honeymoon resort packages?! My wedding date is 12/12/12. Some of the places I like are doubling up the price due to my date and it saddens me. I've never been to Hawaii and am not sure if I'm getting a good deal. Any veterans out there?! This is overwhelming being my own coordinator as I can't afford one. Budget is $2,000 for a dinner reception total, more may be pushing it. A restaurant would be okay only if it's an oceanfront lawn restaurant?! I find it a lovely location and can't get my mind off of it. My honeymoon budget is around $2,000-$3,000. I need to get the ball rolling and put some deposits down! I've research so many things that I'm not 100% about them because I would research more and more ideas come to question and then price fails me. Your response would be greatly appreciated! girl I'm looking for favors to my guests because i want to themn the best, but I'm looking for flip flops or something like that cause my wedding is at the beach , but if is good to you, i have heard about party flops, a friend of mine tell me that they do invitations and flip flops and stuff like that, but I need to now more pages, because like us I'm very stress i need to have the best.

Hello Dmyt, Congratulations on your wedding. Where are you looking at getting married in Hawaii? Have you narrowed it down? Have you thought about going through a TA?
