Wedding Vows -- Dreams Tulum

I am getting married at Dreams Tulum, but this question can apply to anyone who was married in Mexico. We are doing our legal ceremony in the US, so this is just for the religious ceremony. How did the wedding vows work? David and I don't really want to write our own (I am afraid we will both cry if we have to read them; I want to keep my tear flow to a minimum, haha).

 

Are there any “standard†vows that the resort uses? If so, has anyone used them? Are they Christian wedding vows? If not, can you just present Dreams with what you want them to read? Can the vows you give them to read be in English?

Sorry girls, no help from me, I'm in the same boat. We are planning on doing the legal part at home and have the symbolic ceremony at DT. I've asked to be put in contact with the person that will perform the ceremony but have not gotten an answer yet. I want to know exactly what we are getting into before we are down there. Any info would be appreciated. TIA
