Venue selection for 100 people wedding

I am not planning on getting married until 2013.. but I am one of those plan way in advance kind of people lol! Do you mind me asking how much it is costing per person? The pricing I am currently getting is very high ($2000 per person)... I've been told it will probably come down a bit because I am looking so far in advance right now.. but I also know Nov is considered their off season and pricing can be lower. Did you use a travel agent? I am in Toronto but any help you can shed on that would be great.

For our guests from Vancouver, it is $1745 with WestJet and for our Toronto guests it is about $1945 or so... but for Cabo they have to fly to Vancouver and down bc there are no direct flights with ACV or WJ from TO!

I'm getting married Memorial Day weekend, most of my guests are staying Thursday - Sunday and it's costing them about 1170.00 to fly from Atlanta and a little less flying from New Orleans.
