Luggage Tag Question

I was putting together my luggage tags last night & am concerned with the loops. I dont think anyone would use these if I sent them out  I bought these off another bride from this site. They are the hard plastic case with the rubber loops. Here is a picture of what I am using:

 

 

I tried to attach it to my bag handle & it was not staying at all and it wasnt really that big. What is everyone using if you dont use these loops? I have looked online for straps or something else but cant find any that are reasonable priced. I need about 20-25. If anyone has any suggestions or can recommend anything please let me know. I am in panic mode! Thanks!

Tonight I tired to attach it to the bag and maybe I just don't get it lol!! I have no idea how everyone is using these loops

I am using ribbon... no loops!! I bought coral and white (my wedding colors) ribbon from Michael's it will be easy for people to spot their bags at the airport that way and another plus everyone who is going to the wedding will know who else is going to the wedding by seeing that!! Maybe people will meet in the airport!!

hmm thats a good idea & ribbon is cheap. That way they can attached it & tie it as tight as they need. 

Thanks for the suggestion!!! This will most likely be my alternative cause these loops SUCK!!

 

Side not, if anyone is interested I have 30 & will give them to you for free! lol!
