Iron on Tansfer Help

Hi

 

I am getting bags for my OOT bags that are light purple, little pink and a blue. I am designing a simple logo in black.

My question is, Can I use Iron on transfers for light fabric on my blue bag if the transfer will be black?  I am having a hard time finding them where I live and I only want the 4x6 size and can only find the  8x11 in the dark ones.  Can you put two images on the big ones and cut them?

I did the iron on transfers for our bags.  Our bags were light tan and I used the transfer for light fabrics.  I used the bigger sheet and just put two images on one and cut in half.
