Hi everyone! My FI and I chose to have the wedding at the Suites, but it has taken a long time (two weeks!) to finally get confirmation from Tiffany and Nicole on our wedding date. When I emailed my TA to ask her if I should pick a different resort because at the time they hadn't responded, my TA gave them notice and they responded within a day. I can see the nightmare happening now on my wedding day and I want to make sure that any questions I have in advance of the wedding are answered and addressed promptly (not necessarily the same day, but at least within one or two business days!). What has been your experience working with Tiffany and Nicole? Should I stay at the Suites or should I move on and find another resort for the DW?
