Thanks to everyone on this site, I got so much pointers for my boarding pass save the dates.  I used metallic paper for the boarding passes and envelope from www.lcipaper.com.  Here are some pictures of my drafts.  (I sealed all the one that are done before taking a picture, oopps)

I embossed the envelopes and used a silver metallic outer envelope also from lcipaper
