Yes I've got some basic info. I don't have any info on pricing yet to rent the place. I do know if you rent the place it's yours for a day. She only hosts one wedding per day. I just called their number and got a hold of Bertha. She's the person that owns the private property. She's originally from Texas and you can either email her at [email protected] or call toll free at from the US at (011 52) 998 185 7652.

It's a great alternative to renting to a hotel because you can bring in your own food, alcohol, flowers, DJ, or anything else. It will be a lot more affordable considering the average price per guest at most hotels in Cancun is around $50. She does have specific caterers she works with but you can pick your own.

Also if you're Catholic there is a church near by that will do Catholic weddings and it overlooks the ocean. The priest is from Canada and she will give you his contact information to coordinate the paper work for the official Catholic wedding.  More information to come soon.

I also found out some more detailed information. For the DJ she charges $500 for 6 hours. The DJ equipment includes 3 speakers, wireless microphones, 2 robotic towers, 6 led lights, 2 lazer lights, smoke machine, screen & projector for videos, ballons & LED bracelets for all of your guests. This is a really good deal because most DJ's in the area cost about $2000 on average.
