Majestic Colonial/Elegance Brides 2012-2013

cheer2.gif I just found out there was a cancellation on our wedding date. So we can move our ceremony from 6:00 to 4:00.

Sooo.. I need help with my timeline.

4:00 Ceremony at the Gazebo

6:30 Semi-private dinner at the Sea & See

8:30 Reception

Does this sound like a good timeframe?

I hate the 2 and 1/2 hour gap from ceremony to dinner. But I want to make sure we have plenty of time for newlywed pics, family and friend pics with us. This will also allot time for the guests to freshen up or change shoes, etc. And if I feel it's still too much time, maybe I can coordinate a gathering at the Lobby bar before dinner. :o)

Hay Brit!!!

I'm SOOOO happy for you!!!  Good things happen to good people!!! :-)  You cld prolly push your reception up 30 mins so that you can have a full 3 hrs for your reception :-)  I think the gap between the ceremony and dinner will be great and go by in a snap!  Nice work!!!

How exciting very good news! I think your timeframe is good. Gives guests a little time to freshen up after sitting in the heat!

My lovely WC just confirmed that we can do a Symbolic ceremony instead of Civil (paperwork much easier!) in the same time frame and we confirm Pastor York will conduct our service!! I thought I read somewhere that he was great... everything is coming together so perfectly.

I am just waiting for confirmation on the Parrot Bar dinner/reception. We are getting a DJ I guess we will be using the house DJ? Do we have a choice?

Also...has anyone received the link of all the pictures of cakes, flowers, reception areas, etc? Looks like they do a really great job!! If you don't have it I can send to you.

I am getting so much more excited...didn't think that was possible!! pinkie.gif
