Looks good.

I didn't write mine up yet but this is what I was thinking...

Thursday 2/14

Rehearsal 6:00 PM

Welcome Dinner 7:00 PM

Friday 2/15

Wedding Ceremony 4:00

Pictures/Drinks 4:30-6:30 (Lobby Bar??)

Dinner (Plantation or Mammee Bay?) 6:30

Dancing at the Disco 9:00 - ?

Saturday 2/16/07

Cocktails at the Pool Bar 1:00 PM

I was going to send this out a couple weeks before we leave so everyone knows - any suggestions?

Yes, my guests are coming on different days - Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday staying to either Sunday or Monday.

I wanted to do a few things together but not overload them & give them a chance to do what they want. Should I add something else?

I thought I was going to have more people come but we only have 36 booked so far. It is 4 1/2 months away so I know people are still going to book.

I do have the plantation reserved but if I have under 50 I'll have to switch to Mammee Bay.

Chicago, do you HAVE to switch to Mammee Bay? What if you prefer the layout of Plantation better than Mammee but you have under 50 people? Is it required that you have it at Mammee? If you do choose to have it at Mammee, is it free or do you still have to pay the $500/2 hours?

the wedding guests are in one section of the restaurant, but the restaurant is still open for anyone who wants to eat there that night. So it's 'semi-private'
