Mexico Brides! My DIY Sombrero Cake Topper. Pics

I searched and searched for cake toppers on-line for my Mexico wedding and found nothing that really appealed to me.  So I decided to take matters into my own hands!

 

When we were in Mexico this past Nov. I purchased a small sombrero at one of the gift shops.  I then purchased rhinestones.  (They're pink, but in the pictures they look clear) After a few hours of "blinging" I had the cake topper of my choice.  It looks so much nicer in person, but I thought I would share the idea with everyone.
