Renee never told me about a 30 person max so you should definitely be able to have the dinner there! Maybe she's referring to inside the restaurant? I could see how there may be a limit inside but not outside!

I loved PSAV! We did the 4 hours of DJ as well and besides our little glitch, that I'm sure you read about in my review, they were awesome!! My guests kept going up and requesting songs throughout the whole night and they played every request!

Hi! how much did you have to pay for 4 hours for them? I am thinking i would like to do 1 hr cocktail and 4 hours reception. They said I have to pay 2 more hours EXTRA even though it says that if you have more than 7 5 rooms you have unlimited events? so why wouldnt a cocktail hour be considered an event and just add one hour to reception? :(

Hi brides I am wondering if anyone knows anything about what documents need legalising when there has been a change of name. I was told none needed doing all I needed was to scan our passports n send them providing I don't mind not having our parents names on birth certificate but then I got this email Please answer the following questions in order to inform you which documents you need to legalize (in UK) and translate once you arrive to the Resort (Mexico) Bride Groom Divorced ? ? Widowed ? ? Changed name ? ? Adopted ? ? If you answer yes to some of those questions, please legalize the document according to what you select (this must be done in UK): Divorced: Bride &/or groom must legalize their absolute decree. Widowed: bride &/or groom must legalize the proof of death (death certificate). Changed name: Bride &/or groom must legalize the deed of change of name. Adopted: Bride &/or groom must legalize the adoption certificate. If you answered YES to any of the questions above please also legalize (get an apostil for) your birth certificates. NO EXCEPTIONS. All of these documents must be translated once bride & groom arrive to the Resort. (This must be done in Cancun) NO EXCEPTIONS. If neither of bride & groom have been married before or widowed or has changed names or are adopted we have 2 options for the legal wedding. 1. If bride & groom want their parents names on the marriage certificate Bride & groom must apostille (legalize) their birth certificates (this must be done in UK), once they do this I will ask you to scan and send to me both of bride & groom birth certificates and passport ID and once they arrive to the resort they must translate their birth certificates to Spanish (this must be done at the Resort) 2. If bride & groom donâ€t mind not to have their parents names on the marriage certificate Then just please scan bride & groom passport ID and birth certificates and send them to me at least 2 months before the wedding date. Can anyone shed any light please? :) thanks

Willbeabriggs, this looks very complicated?!? I was fortunate enough not to have to worry bout all that as we decided to get married in the UK to legalise things before heading to Mexico. This was because of all the extras we needed to get done paperwork wise, blood tests and all the additional costs involved. All we needed was our passports, our travel ID card which you get on the plane and that was it!. I'm sorry I can't be much help in this department but I hope you get the answers to your questions soon. If you've booked through a Travel Agent who have a weddings team, they should be able to help you :) Good luck x

Hello! I believe with the unlimited events its only a max of 3 hours per day. For PSAV we paid $1,086.69 for 4 hours of a DJ.

Thank you so much for the reply! PSAV only does it in Moon palace?

How much extra did you pay for more hours? I need at least 5 hours (1 cocktail and 4 recepetion)

I'm not sure if PSAV is only at Moon Palace or not. We had to pay for our cocktail hour and with 44 people it ended up being $1,000. (This is the price if you have between 41-50 people) Our reception was 4 hours long- the first 2 hours were free but we had to pay for the last 2 hours. This was $60 per table per hour. We had 5 tables so it ended up being an extra $600. (Note: this table count did not include our sweet heart table) Hope this helps!

Hello everyone !

We would like to share the experience of our recent wedding at the Moon Palace , on last December 3.

We are from South America, specifically Asunción, Paraguay, and to decide to get married in Cancun, and bring all our family, it was a very hard decision. But we are very happy that everything turned out perfect!

We had a beautiful day, and everything went as planned.

Our wedding coordinator from the Moon was  Joseline, and she did a great job in helping us all the details, clarifying all our doubts, and verifying that everything goes as planned.

Our photograph was Jhankarlo http://jhankarlophotography.com/ and we really could not have picked a better one ! He was incredible , both the session the ceremony and reception as well as TTD session were amazing! We were really surprised by Jhankarlo´s ability to find the right light and the perfect locations for the photos ! He also had an excellent attitude from the start, and was very friendly at all times! He always worried to give a plus to his photos and he really surprised us with his artistic and bizarre style in some pictures. The relationship was so good that during  those days we could share as if we were friends for many years , something we value highly!

Regarding filming we chose Carlos Gallardo http://gallardofilms.com/blog/ which was an excellent decision too!. The Gallardo family did an amazing job , combining the technical expertise of Carlos father, with the creativity and spontaneity of Carlos junior. From the first contact they had an excellent attitude and were very friendly and professionals. We were also surprised with the amazing shots they did, and the best part is that they gave us a first class cinematic style at a much more reasonable cost than other suppliers .

Here we share with you the teaser video

If you look for pictures and videos out of the ordinary, with a different, artistic and unique style, without having to pay exorbitant prices, I recommend 100% that you hire Jhankarlo (Photography) and Carlos Gallardo (filming).
