Hello,

 

I was just informed that my wedding coordinator is Alejandra. She sent me some pictures of the private function areas and the gazebos. Also, she referred me to get in touch with Zari Goushehguir from Zuñiga, [email protected], for information regarding décor. For the photograph I would contact Lupita Sánchez, [email protected] but I am not sure if their photographers are any good.

Also... I am using Zari as a contact from Zuniga as well and he/she (really not sure if its a male or female! haha) is very quick at responding and has been great to work with!!

If you get married in the gazebo, does the decor remain the same from the packages (I'm thinking specifically for the exotic peacock collection)? The only photos they show on the website is the set up on the beach. Not sure if the ceremony structure or other flower decor (the containers with the sticks/peacock feathers/flowers) would remain the same for the gazebo set up. Does anyone know the answer to this??

Can anyone tell me what the 'dinner reservation for 30 people is' included in the wedding packages please?

 

My fiance and I have picked the 'Pure' Collection which includes 3 reception tables in the price. This cant be the 'dinner reservation for 30 people' so when does this dinner take place and do we have to pay extra for food during the reception? there's no mention of having to pay extra for food during your reception so what are my options? i doubt people are left to starve or have to go to the nearest restaurant and walk back to the reception lol (i hope not anyway).

you can use this for a "rehearsal dinner" or morning after breakfast.

Unless you qualify for "unlimited events" you have to pay for the reception..its $50/person. We were just shy of that so we ended up paying for our reception but received the free cocktail hour

Blimey! so what qualifies you for 'unlimited events'?

So far i have 5 rooms booked and each room is staying 14 nights - a total of 70 nights?

if a couple stays for 7 nights..it counts as 7 nights, not 14 just to clearify. so if there are 5 couples staying in 5 rooms for 7 nights each it is only 35 nights. to qualify for unlimited events read page 23 of this
