What are you making/doing for dinner tonight?   Have a great recipe to share?

 

My FI recently broke his ankle and had surgery so I am doing all the cooking and am struggling for new ideas.  HELP, please!!!

I always love maple glazed salmon with asparagus...yum.  Poor FI though

Another favorite is Strawberry Chicken or Apricot Chicken.

 

Easy easy and yummy recipe.

 

You take:

 

thawed grilled chix breast tenderloins (like 6 of them)

Put them flat in a glass 9 x 12

Mix 1/2 jar of strawberry preserves, 1 packet of onion soup mix, 1/2 bottle of Russian dressing.

Pour the mixture over the chicken.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or so. 

 

Its so yummy.  You can sub the strawberry preserves for apricot.  They are both delicious!
