I live in Vancouver and I am using Liz Moore Destination Weddings.  Ask for Tammy Henry.  She is awesome!!!  She is doing the bookings for me and has been great!  I know she is away until Jan 30th but if you can wait until then I know she will take good care of you.

You may want to check Melba Lapham-Jensen from Mi Tierra Holidays on Davie St, Vancouver, just google the travel agency, she came highly recommended by a few people, I'm planning to use her services for my wedding in November 2013
