Envelopes

Hi everyone!  I'm ready to print my boarding passes, but I'm having trouble with the envelope size.  I need an envelope that will fit the boarding pass and then a smaller envelope that will fit in the bigger envelope for the rsvp card.  What sizes did you girls use?

I am doing boarding passes too and bought #10 (size 4 1/8 x 9 1/2) as the big envelope and 4 bar (size 3 5/8 x 5 1/8) for the RSVP enelope. 

 

I perforated my passes and had to perforate the RSVP on the left side of the barcode to get it to fit in the small envelope. Good luck!

I am using #10 envelopes for the outer envelopes and #9 envelopes for the inner envelopes. I had the same issue.

Does anyone have a template for diy envelopes? I want to do boarding pass invites with purple envelopes but can't find any that ship to Canada and thought I might try making me own. any suggestions?
